At the request of petitioner leave to correct respondent no.2.

The learned counsel submits that, validation proceeding is pending since year 2014. The same is not yet decided. The respondents are not allowing the petitioner to fill in the examination form of the final year examination only on the ground that validity certificate is not yet submitted and/or to submit full fees.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. Mr. Sant, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no.4.

In case, petitioner is otherwise eligible, then respondents may not refrain the petitioner from filling in the form of final year examination and shall also not insist for payment of fees as General category candidate. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01.02.2022. The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the said proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee, the parties may take further steps.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
