Since there were office objections and they were not removed, registration of the Second Appeal was refused, in a sense, a conditional order was passed and time was granted of one week to remove the office objections and it appears that the office objections were not removed within the stipulated time. Now, the applicants/appellants are ready to remove the office objections.

Under such circumstance, the delay in question caused in moving the application, stands condoned. The order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) on 9.10.2019 is hereby set aside. The Civil Application stands disposed of. 4.

The applicants to remove the office objections within four weeks from today.

It is clarified, if the office objections are not removed within the aforesaid time, then it will have to be presumed that the registration of the appeal is refused.
