PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, caste certificate of the petitioner is canceled only on the ground that, it is not issued by the Competent Authority.

The petitioner shall apply to the Committee for issuance of the attested copy of the caste certificate submitted by her. The Committee shall within a period of seven (07) days on the receipt of the application from the petitioner issue the attested copy of the caste certificate submitted by the petitioner. On receipt of the attested copy of the caste certificate, the petitioner shall apply to the competent S.D.O. for issuance of caste certificate. The competent S.D.O. shall after verifying the caste certificate issued by S.D.O., Jalgaon, issue the caste

(2) 963-wp-2769-2022 certificate to the petitioner preferably within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of application of attested copy of the caste certificate to it. On receipt of the caste certificate from the competent S.D.O., the petitioner shall submit the same to the Committee for validation.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
