1] Mr. Patil, learned counsel seeks directions against the respondents to initiate proceedings under Sections 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Restoration of Lands to Scheduled Tribes Act, 1974 (for short, "the Restoration Act") for restoration of the land Gat No. 582 from respondent No.5.
2] We have heard Mr. Patil for the petitioner and AGP for the respondents.
3] Learned AGP submits that the petitioner has not filed any application before the authority under the Restoration Act and has directly approached before this Court.
4] The petitioner may approach the authority concerned. Naturally, while considering the application of the petitioner, the authority shall consider all the relevant aspects, including that of limitation, and provisions of the Restoration Act.
