This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure (for short "C.P.C.") seeking transfer of H.M.P. No. 244 of 2021 from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmednagar, where it is presently pending to the Court of the Civil Judge Senior Division, Majalgaon, District; Beed.

The respondent-husband herein has filed the above said petition for divorce against the appellant-wife. The applicant has stated that at present she is residing with her mother at Majalgaon. It is stated that her mother is widow and there is no male member at her maternal house to accompany her to Court at Ahmednagar. The applicant has stated that she has two years old daughter and thus, it is difficult for her to attend the Court at Ahmednagar which is approximately at the distance of 200 k.m. from Majalgaon.

The respondent has not disputed the above stated facts. 4.

Considering the above facts, H.M.P. No. 244 of 2020 pending on the file of the Civil Judge (S.D.), Ahmednagar is withdrawn and transferred to the Court of the Civil Judge (S.D.) Majalgaon for disposal in accordance with law. 5.

Learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Majalgaon shall endeavour to decide the H.M.P. petition No. 244 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.
