The present Second Appeal is filed by wife of respondent challenging the concurrent findings of trial Court. The original proceedings arising out of marriage petition for annulment and divorce filed on the ground of cruelty by respondent - husband. 2.

It appears that after the District Court has passed the decree confirming the decree of the trial Court, the husband has remarried.

Learned Advocate for the appellant has filed a pursis dated 11.10.2022, wherein, it is stated that the appellant wife has expired around four to five years back, hence, nothing survives in this Civil Application.
