The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 354-A(2), 354-D of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years with a total fine of Rs.2900/-. The appeal is not likely to come up for hearing in near future. The execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment to stand
