1] On 19.1.2018, since none appeared for the appellant, this appeal was directed to be placed on 12.2.2018 under the caption "For dismissal in default". Today also, the same position continues. The appeal relates to the year 2005. Despite grant of opportunities, the appellant is not prosecuting the same. Even on 8.6.2017, after recording that neither the appellant nor her Advocate were present, this Court granted yet another chance and had posted the matter for final hearing. It is not possible to grant any further indulgence.

2] Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances, this appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. (M.S. SONAK, J.) ndk/c1221843.doc
