Having heard the learned counsel for the parties that the second appeal is already admitted and that the execution has not taken place as of today and that the applicant has already given a Bank Guarantee almost close to the decreetal amount (Bank Guarantee of Rs.6,50,000/- as against the decreetal amount of Rs.6,76,200/-), during the pendency of this proceeding, the impugned Judgments are stayed.
