The State Government, in exercise of the powers confirmed by sub Section 2 of Section 22 of the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Act, 1956, has notified the constitution of 'the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Committee' consisting of members named in the notification dated 3rd August, 2016. Copy of the notification is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the notification issued by the State Government, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. Writ petition is disposed of.

In view of disposal of writ petition, pending civil applications do not survive and stand disposed of.
