2) The State has preferred both these appeals challenging the judgment and award passed under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act by the Reference Court. It is submitted that the market rate determined by the Reference Court is four times more than the ready reckoner rates existing on the date of acquisition of the said lands. 3) Learned counsel for claimants submits that the claimants are ready to settle the present matters and may not have any objection for modifying the award by re-determining the market value at the rate one rupee less than four times of the ready reckoner rates prevailing on the date of issuance of notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act for the subject area. The parties have also settled terms of compromise. The terms of compromise are taken on record and marked as 'X' for

-2- F A. NO. 849 & 850 of 2017 identification. The terms of the compromise are verified. 4) In view of the above, both the appeals stand settled in terms of compromise. The appellants are entitled for refund of court fee in accordance with law in both these appeals.
