The petitioner is assailing the order passed in the year 1993 in the present Writ Petition filed in the year 2016.

It is submitted by the petitioner that the petitioner has subsequently made representation with the authorities, the same is not considered. 4.

We are not inclined to pass any order in the present writ petition, however, the petitioner if so adviced, may prosecute with the authorities. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
