The petitioner has assailed the auction of sand spot. This Court vide order dated 06.01.2015 had directed respondents not to issue letter of acceptance of the offer. More than one and half year has lapsed, the said order is in force. The said auction proceeding assailed in the present writ petition would not survive. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. 2.

In case fresh auction is held and if any party is aggrieved, the aggrieved party is at liberty to take appropriate steps in that regard.
