Learned A.G.P. appearing for the applicants submits that due to administrative difficulties, the applicants could not prefer appeals within limitation. Learned counsel for the respondents/claimants has strongly resisted the applications for condonation of delay. However, in view of above submissions and for the reasons stated in the civil applications, delay caused in filing first appeals is hereby condoned. Civil applications for condonation of delay are disposed of.

In first appeals, notice to the respondents, returnable on 06.06.2017. Mr. Humbe, learned counsel waives notice for respondents-claimants. Call for record and proceedings. 3.
In so far as stay applications are concerned, pending, the
ca655.17 -2hearing and final disposal of first appeals, the execution, implementation and operation of the impugned judgment and award under appeal is hereby stayed on the condition that the applicants shall deposit entire amount under award with accrued interest thereon, in this Court, within a period of 12 (twelve) weeks from today, failing which the order granting stay shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
