The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proceeding is pending since September, 2014. The petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission to the Ph.D. course. The Committee be directed to decide the proceedings expeditiously.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent-State. 3.

In case, the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 10th February, 2022.
