Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned A.P.P. for the respondent and the victim-in-person. 2.

The applicant was granted temporary bail. During that period, the applicant married the victim. She has on her own sworn in an a4davit before the Court that there was minor dispute between them. Since they were from the di5erent caste, there was some misunderstanding and out of it, the report was lodged and crime was registered. She has no objection for granting regular bail to the applicant. Both the applicant and the victim are present in the Court. The statement has been made on behalf of the applicant that they got married. The victim-in-person who is present in the Court also admits that she married the applicant. She was major at the time of the incident. It was her consensual
