Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

As very limited grievance is raised in the petition, we are of the opinion that the petition can safely be dispose of at admission stage.

The petitioner has approached respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, Beed, by submitting Complaint Application No.270 of 2018, thereby seeking disqualification of respondent No.3 by invoking provisions of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958 and more particularly under Section 14(j)

(1) thereof and it is submitted in the application that respondent No.3 incurs disqualification in view of her issues. It is further submitted that even though Act specifies time prescription for decision, the application is still pending before that authority, without there being any decision. 4.

This being limited grievance of the petitioner, we dispose of the petition with direction to respondent No.2 - Collector, Beed to decide the Complaint Application No.270 of 2018 submitted by the petitioner undated January 2018,

(3) as expeditiously as possible and not later than ten weeks from the date of the order of this Court. With this direction, the petition is disposed of.
