This application is for condonatiion of delay of 357 days caused in filing the appeal. The appeal is filed by the original claimants for enhancement of compensation. The claim is a death claim. 02.

Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow this Application. This Civil Application is, therefore, allowed. Delay of 357 days stands condoned. Office to register the First Appeal. 03.

It is made clear that the appellants shall not be entitled to receive interest for the delayed period.
