According to the petitioner, the Respondent is not paying the amount of rental compensation.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case the application is filed by the petitioner, seeking rental compensation and the same is pending then the authority will decide the same on its own merits. 5.

In light of the above, we pass the following order : a) In case the petitioner has filed an application with the

authority concerned, i.e. the Collector/SLAO for grant of rental compensation and if the same is pending then the authority shall take decision upon the same in accordance with law and policy after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within nine (9) months.
