Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP for State and learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.3 and 4. 2.

By this Petition the petitioner is seeking direction that the land acquisition proceedings in respect of his land bearing Gut Nos.23/2 admeasuring 1H. 75 R. situated at Phule Pimpalgaon, Tal. Majalgaon, Dist. Beed be initiated and completed within stipulated period by paying the amount of compensation.

Today Mr. Sangle learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 has placed on record the communication dated 15.12.2025 addressed by Respondent No.3 (Acquiring body) to the District Collector, Beed thereby stating the proposal of acquisition of the land of the petitioner is being submitted. The said communication/proposal is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In that view of the matter, the learned AGP submits that pursuant Narwade/

983-wp-539-2020.odt to the said proposal the necessary steps for completing the acquisition proceedings will be completed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 2013.
