The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had applied for starting class of 5th standard from academic year 2012 - 2013. The petitioner is granted permission on self finance basis from the year 2014-2015. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has forwarded proposal for grant of the permission from academic year 2012-2013 instead of 2015-2016, so also the permission be granted on No Grant Post instead of Self Financial Basis. The same is not decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

In case, the proposal filed by the petitioner for correction of the permission granted to it that is the permission from the academic year 2012-2013 instead of 2015-2016 and for grant of the said permission on No Grant Basis instead of Self Financial Basis is pending with respondent No.1, then the respondent No.1 shall decide the same in accordance with law, policy and procedure on its own merits, preferably within a period of nine months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
