1) Both the matters were kept together for consideration. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition No.122 of 2015 when this Court expressed that the petitioner may pursue appropriate remedies available under other Acts and this Court is not inclined to grant any relief claimed herein under writ jurisdiction, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

3 WP 122/2015 & PIL 11/2012 2) Writ Petition No.122 of 2015 stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated. Civil Applications stand disposed of. 3) Learned counsel for the petitioner in Public Interest Litigation No.11 of 2012 submits that as the Government has started taking steps and as such orders are issued, on instructions, he submits that he does not want to press the Public Interest Litigation. 4) Public Interest Litigation No.11 of 2012 is disposed of as not pressed. Criminal Applications stand disposed of.
