The petitioner had sought promotion before the Industrial Court in Complaint (ULP) No.50/2010. By the impugned judgment dated 04.08.2014, the Industrial Court concluded that the complaint was filed prematurely and, therefore, dismissed the same. 2.

The learned Advocate for the respondent- Rahuri Municipal Council places on record the order of promotion issued in favour of the petitioner on 05.10.2017. He submits that the eligibility of the petitioner was considered and based on the same, he has been granted promotion. Copy of the said order dated 05.10.2017 is taken on record and marked as '

for identification.
