In our view, this petition has been filed pre-maturely.

Since the petitioners are challenging the show-cause notices issued against them, reserving the right of the petitioners to challenge the adverse order, if any, passed by the respondents on the basis of the show-cause notices, the petition is disposed of. However, if

2 30-wp91-17.odt any adverse order is already passed, the same may not be implemented for a period of three weeks from today so as to enable the petitioners to challenge that order.

Needless to state that the competent authority shall consider the case of the petitioners and the reply filed and give personal hearing to the them before passing order.

All contentions raised by the petitioners in this petition are kept open.
