Mr. Undre, learned counsel for petitioners submits that, mutation entry has been changed after 50 years and now again fresh orders are passed of reducing the area of lands of petitioners on the basis of the alleged acquisition for which Award has been passed 50 years back.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

It is trite that, the mutation entry cannot be changed without notice to petitioners. In case, respondents want to effectuate change in area owned and possessed by petitioners in the revenue record, then notice shall be first issued to petitioners inviting their say and thereafter further orders be passed.

With the aforesaid observations, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
