While the matter was called out on 01-09-2016, no appearance had been caused on behalf of the appellant, however, in order to grant an opportunity, the matter was made to stand over to 08-09-2016 and with admonition that appropriate orders would be passed on the next date. 2.

On 08-09-2016, none appeared for appellants. However, by way of indulgence the matter was scheduled on 06-10-2016.

Today, while the matter is called out, again there is no appearance on behalf of the appellants.

As such, the second appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
