The petitioner is the original complainant before the Industrial Court in Complaint (ULP) No.134/1999. The Industrial Court it's delivered judgment on 31.12.2008, vide which, the complaint has been dismissed. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition on 03.01.2022. The ground for condonation of delay of 13 years, if it is to be said that reasonable time to file a writ petition could be one year, is that she is an illiterate person. Such ground cannot be entertained as she has approached the Industrial Court in 1999 and has prosecuted the said complaint till it was dismissed on 31.12.2008. 2.

In view of the above and for the reason that there is an inordinate delay, this petition is dismissed. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) JPC Page 1 of 1
