The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would restrict the present writ petition to the extent of prayer clause E i. e. seeking direction against the respondent No. 4/Chief Executive Officer to decide the representation of the petitioner (page No. 44).

The learned Addl. G. P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 6.

Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 to 6 submits that, the respondent authority would decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits.

In case the representation is filed by the petitioner, same is pending with the respondent No. 4 and the respondent No. 4 is competent to decide it, then the respondent No. 4 shall decide the representation (page No. 44) of the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three

(03) months from today.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
