The learned counsel submits that petitioners are working as Class-IV employees of the Municipal Council, Parbhani. The Municipal Council has forwarded proposal to the State Government for regularization of their services and the same is pending since March-2018.

In case, proposal for regularization of the services of petitioners (Page No.14) is forwarded by the Municipal Council, Parbhani to the respondent no.1-State Government, then respondent no.1 shall take decision upon it on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditious and preferable within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
