Heard learned counsel for the applicants/appellants. He submitted that respondent No.5 Genu Natha Misal died on 25.10.2019 and his son Laxman Genu Misal also died on 29.10.2019 and therefore the applicants be allowed to bring on record legal representatives of respondent No.5. The application is filed on 03.01.2020.

It appears that the application is in time and therefore the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The applicants to carry out necessary amendment to show legal representatives of respondent No.5 as
