During the course of arguments, we invited the attention of the petitioner' Advocate to paragraph nos.1 and 3 of this Petition. 2.
We noticed that pleadings are insufficient and incomplete so as to enable this Court to exercise extraordinary and equitable writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and assist any litigant including the poor petitioners. 3.
When such deficiency was brought to his notice, he fairly seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh Petition.

Bearing in mind the status of the litigants, we grant leave to withdraw the Writ Petition.
