Heard learned Counsel for the respondent. After the order passed on 16.04.2016, the Registry has made reasonable efforts to serve the petitioners through General Power of Attorney holder - Ashraf s/o. Omar Kachi on the address given in the petition itself. Now, the report of the Registry is that respondent Nos.1A to 1E have remained unserved (as not residing on the given address). This endorsement made by the Registry would have to be understood as referring to the address given in the petition. If the address has been changed by the petitioners, the petitioners ought to have placed in writing their new address. They had not done so. This Court is now helpless. This writ petition is of the year
