This application is moved for restoration of writ petition No.1801 of 2022, which came to be dismissed by conditional order passed by the learned Registrar of this Court dated 21.03.2022. The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that due to inadvertence of the Advocate, the matter was not noticed and therefore the order came to be passed. Now the learned Advocate undertakes to remove office objections within four weeks. Considering that the party should not suffer for the inadvertence on the part of the Advocate, the matter shall stand restored subject to removing the office objections within four weeks from today.

While filing this application, there is delay of 260 days. The reason assigned is that it is only upon inquiry made by the client the Advocate made inquiry about the matter and thereafter got knowledge. Considering this, the delay also deserves to be condoned. Hence, the delay is condoned. The matter stands restored. The Civil Application stands disposed off subject to the condition as above.
