Civil Application No.763 of 2024 is filed for bringing the legal heirs of respondent no.1 on record. The learned counsel submits that the legal heirs of respondent no.1 were brought on record before the executing court, however, the same are not mentioned in the present writ petition. Liberty is granted to amend and bring the said respondents on record in the present writ petition.

As there is no objection from the appearing respondents to allow the civil application, the civil application is disposed of. 3.

On amendment, issue notice to the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1, returnable on 27.02.2024.
