Grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondents have not paid the amount as settled in Lok Adalat, between the Petitioner and the Respondents. Within six months Respondents were required to pay the amount. Settlement has taken place in the year 2012. Petitioner has also filed

wp2108.14 Contempt Petition in that regard.

In case the Respondents have not paid the amount as per settlement to the Petitioner, then the Respondents shall make the payment of the legitimate amount due and outstanding as per the settlement to the Petitioner, within EIGHT MONTHS from today.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
