Perused the investigation papers. It appears that, the missing girl got married and to that effect the photocopy of the marriage certificate is procured by the Investigation Officer during the investigation and also the statements of the witnesses are also recorded. It appears that, the age of missing girl is 20 years. In that view of the matter, Petition is disposed of. In case, the petitioner has any other appropriate remedy in law, he can avail the same.
