The facts as narrated by the learned counsel for both the sides show that the deceased had borrowed the Motorcycle of the owner. Therefore, according to the learned counsel for respondent No.1 Insurance Company, the applicants are entitled to withdraw only Rs.1,00,000/-.

In view of the submissions made by the parties and the fact that the deceased had borrowed the vehicle of the owner, I deem it appropriate to allow the applicants to withdraw Rs.1,00,000/- from the amount deposited in this Court.
