It is informed by learned AGP on written instructions that the Tahsildar, while executing the decree for partition, has handed over possession to respective parties on 24.12.2014 and the application of petitioners was received by the Tahsildar on 24.12.2014 i.e. much after the act of handing over of possession. It is further submitted that the Tahsildar would proceed to pass appropriate order on the application. 2.
