The Petitioner prays that his Dispute/Money Lending Suit No.10 of 2017 preferred under section 18 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 be decided within a time frame. 2.

Considering the pendency before the concerned Authority, we would not direct that the said proceeding be decided out of turn. The same shall be decided in queue, by considering the date of lodging of the said suit.
