This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present. Officer of the Insurance Company Mr. Suresh V. Nade is also present. The original claimants are not present. The learned advocate for appellant submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. 3.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation, Parbhani in W. C. F. A. No. 20/2007.

In view of the withdrawal pursis (marked as "X") the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The amount is deposited with Commissioner for Workmen Compensation, Parbhani. The respective claimants are entitled to withdraw the same along with accrued interest thereon as per the order passed by the Ex-officio Commissioner for Workmen Compensation, Parbhani.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
