Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that there have been further developments in the matters and owing to rule 26 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981, petitioners have been repatriated to their original posts.

Learned counsel submits, in the circumstances, by virtue of said developments, purpose of writ petitions gets worked out and nothing survives for decision in writ petitions. 3.

In view of aforesaid, writ petitions stand disposed of. Rule stands discharged.
