Applicant is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by Acquiring Body in pursuance to order passed by Reference Court.

Learned Advocate appearing for applicant submits that in the sister appeal, arising out of same award i.e. Civil Application No.12747 of 2024, this Court permitted withdrawal of 75% of total amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest on giving usual undertaking.

60-ca-1309-2025 Remaining 25% of amount along with accrued interest is allowed to be withdrawn on giving solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.

Hence, this Civil Application is allowed and disposed of in same terms of order passed in Civil Application No.12747 of 2024.
