Heard learned counsel for applicants. He submits that applicants are from Madhya Pradesh and they have no source of income. It had become difficult for them to keep in touch with their concerned advocate and, as such, requisites could not be complied with, within time.

Having regard to aforesaid, request is being considered by way of last chance, subject to payment of costs. As such, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', subject to payment of costs of Rs. 1500/- (Rs. one thousand five hundred only) to be paid within a period of three weeks from today.

Objections be removed within a period of six weeks. 4.

Interim relief to continue. In case of non-compliance of order, the same shall be discontinued forthwith. 5.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
