By this application, the respondents in S.A.No.319/2005 pray for an early hearing of the second appeal. It is stated that the applicants are about 62 years and 88 years old respectively. 2.

Since second appeals of 1991 onwards are being taken up for final hearing on every Thursday, this application is rejected. However, the appellants are at liberty to renew their request after 3 months.
