Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner is challenging the order dated 06-082024. The learned CJJD, Sangamner by way of impugned order only directed the parties to maintain the status-quo with respect to Gut No. 163/4 of village Jambut, Tq. Sangamner and execution of order of Tahasildar dated 04-09-2023 passed in Rasta Case No. 25/2020. Status-quo is directed to be maintained only till filing of the written say and written statement to Exh.5

(2) 912wp1126.25 of the application and the suit. The order is dated 06-08-2024 and the petition is filed on 03-01-2024. Only explanation offered is that by taking disadvantage of the order the respondent is trying to disturb the right and it is further alleged that respondent is disobeying the order passed by the learned trial court.

This court finds that there are other remedies available to the petitioner, if there is disobedience of the order passed by the learned court. No case is made out even to issue notice to the respondents. The petition, therefore, stands dismissed.
