Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

Present civil application is filed for condonation of 125 days delay caused in filing first appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 16-04-2015, passed by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior division, Latur in LAR No. 287 of 2001. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The delay stands condoned. The Registry to take requisite steps for further process. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

On registration of appeal, issue notice to respondents.
