The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record being legal representatives of both the respondents claimants namely Kashinath Sheku Gaikwad and Dattatraya Sheku Gaikwad, who admittedly died on 22.10.2013 and 17.01.2019 respectively, by condoning the delay of 4001 and 2088 days. However, it appears that this application should have filed by the appellant Acquiring Body. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause- B and disposed of.

Necessary amendment be carried out by the appellant Acquiring Body within the stipulated period.
