Heard learned counsel for applicant-appellant. 2.

Perused the application and other relevant documents. 3.

There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned impugned judgment and award dated 16-04-2015, passed by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur in LAR No. 287 of 2001, on condition that applicant/appellant deposit the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with accrued interest thereon in this court within a period of six weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondent/original claimant to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law.
