The appellants are present with their advocate Shri. U.B. Bilolikar. Shri Rabindra Kalakoti, Deputy Manager, TP Hub Incharge of respondent no.3 is present with advocate Shri. S.G. Chapalgaonkar. 2.

The parties have settled the dispute amicably in terms of the compromise. The appellants have voluntarily accepted the offer of Rs. 1,50,000/- as lump sum towards their full and final claim for compensation, in addition to the amount that has already been paid to them. The terms of compromise are valid. They are accepted. The amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- will have to be apportioned equally between appellant nos. 1 and 2. It should be transferred to their joint account, as prayed for.

The amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- shall be deposited within six weeks from today.

The Court fee be refunded to the appellants as permissible

No costs.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
