The compromise deed dated 26.08.2016 bearing the signatures of the Petitioners and Respondent No.1 along with the signatures of the learned Advocates representing them, is placed on record. The said compromise deed is marked as Exhibit "X" for identification.

Shri Shinde, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1, submits that the dispute in between the Petitioners/ Management and Respondent No.1 has been resolved by virtue of the compromise deed Exhibit X. He,

*2* nob.wp.546.16 therefore, submits that now Exhibit X will bind the litigating sides and this petition can be partly allowed in terms of the compromise deed. Shri Barlinge, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, is not available. Shri Shinde submits that Shri Barlinge has signed on the verification in token of identifying his clients, namely, Mr.Rajeshwar Vaijinathrao Patil, Secretary of the Petitioner Institution and Mr.Rajkumar Ramrao Gurude, Headmaster of the Petitioner School. Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of by modifying the impugned judgment in terms of the compromise deed Exhibit X.
